Harry Thomas (Tom) Rodgers III

Tom Rodgers is a graduate of Mercer University. He is a licensed real estate broker and a licensed underground utility contractor. He has extensive education and experience in economics, real estate finance, property appraisal, tax accounting, and underground utility construction.
In 1984 Tom founded Rodgers Land Development Group, Inc. He had previously worked with two development corporations, TRECO, Inc. and BOS Corporation, as a Project Manager. Additionally, Tom was employed in the private sector at a banking institution as a Business Development Officer, Construction Inspector, and a Mortgage Loan and Savings Counselor.
